Differences between soles injected with TPR material and soles injected with PVC and rubber soles
TPR is the most conventional and popular material for injecting the soles, but in daily life, many people don't know whether the shoes they wear are made of TPR we refer to, here I'd like to give some simple tips to identify them:
To have a better understanding of TPR,we must distinguish it from other undersole materials such as PVC,PU or rubber..
1. Many people are unable to separate PVC soles from TPR soles, ,actually it is easy to identify these two kinds of materials, the sole made of PVC is heavier than that of TPR,,while the elasticity of sole made of TPR is better than that of PVC,here is a most simple way to observe: when holding a sole in your hand and let it drop naturally,,if it can bounce, that means it is TPR,The price of PVC sole is cheaper than that of TPR, sole ,but it's quality is not good, and particularly in winter it is easy be broken.
2. It is easy to identify the rubber soles either, one of its feature is that it has no injection hole, morever, when smelling with your nose, you may feel it has odor, and white mass may be formed on the surface of it after a long period of storing time.
As a matter of fact ,it is not difficult to identify these materials, a mere glance at them can help you know what materials they are after being exposed to them for a long time.
