TPR Shoe sole Materials
Brief introduction of TPR soles materials: TPR soles materials has wide products applicability,due to the adjustability 

and the controllability of the special molecular structure of TPR's thermoplastic elastomer， they demonstrate a wide

 variety of excellent characteristics,: 

the hardness  ranges from SHORE-00 to SHORE-A90( adjustable), excellent tensile properties, the long-term 

temperature resistance exceeds 70℃，they can keep good deflection criteria ,good  electric insulation as well as 

good  withstanding voltage under the temperature of as low as minus 60 degree,besides, they have outstanding 

nonskid property, wear resistance as well as the weathering resistance。They have basically taken the place of PVC/EVA soles materials, the products made from them are characterized by 

good softness and comfortable  sense of touch, they also possess the advantage of high resilience, etc, thus they 

are widely   developed and approved by the industry.

How to Use TPR:
It's unnecessary to be vulcanized if they are put tpr production directly,
namely they possess the property of conventional vulcanized rubber, they are suitable to be used in mutiple processes 

such as injection moulding, die-casting forming, hot melt as well as stripping.. The leftover materials, the residual 

materials and the waste materials can be  completely recycled and reused, thus reducing the wastes and lowering 

the production cost..
Storage And Preservation of TPR Materials:
Please avoid moisture, pollution, direct sunlight, .
Keep them far away from  fire source . ( Remark: generally they need no baking moisture, if necessary, it is advisable

 to keep the baking materials ( 60~70℃ ) for two hours.
